Pie's in a Jar

I made these Pies in a Jar for my families Christmas dinner which we always do on boxing day. I made cherry, blueberry, and my favorite apple. I made 11 jars in total which equaled one for every person. They were a huge hit! We added whipped cream on top and they were absolutely delicious! They were very easy to make and did not take a lot of time. I baked them at 350 degrees for 40mins. Then when I brought them over to my families we baked them for 10 mins at 350 to warm them up. I have posted a video on how to make these jars on my video page of this blog. I hope you enjoy making and eating them as much as I did!

My First Card Using the Imagine

I have just created my first card using my new Imagine Machine. I just have to say that I love this machine! There are so many possibilities for projects with the Imagine. I used the Imagine More art cartridge machine that came with the Imagine for this card. I will be posting a video shortly showing you how to create this card step by step. I hope you like it!

My New Cricut Imagine

I just got a Cricut Imagine from my husband for Christmas but I was so excited that I had to try it out early. I am going to learn all of the different features that the imagine has and figure out how to use it, then I will be posting a ton of different videos and projects that I will have created using the Imagine. I am very excited to get started and make some great projects for you. If you have any requests let me know and I will be sure to make them. Thanks so much for following me and have a very Merry Christmas!

Holiday Card Box

I have created this card box to store cards in for Christmas gifts. This box will fit about 6 standard A2 cards and envelopes depending on how many embellishments you add to the cards. The bottom of the box measures 7 3/4 x 9 and you score all sides at 1 1/2inches. The top of the box measures 6 7/8 x 8 1/8 and you score all sides at 1 inch. A video will soon be following this post with step by step instructions. I hope you enjoy this project!

Home Made Christmas Jar Gifts

I created these cute jars for some home made Christmas presents this year. I used vinyl that I purchased from www.ohmycrafts.com and my gypsy to create these. I designed the images, cut them out using my Cricut Expression and then used transfer tape to place the images on my jar. I then cut out a 2 1/4 inch circle and stamped it with a clear stamp set I bought from Micheals.  Here are some pictures showing you some of the jars I created. A video for this project is posted on the Video page of my blog. I filled them with home made chocolate covered pretzels using a recipe that I found online.

Happy Holidays

My name is Becca and this is my first blog. I am happily married and live in Canada with my husband. Scrap booking and card making are two of my favorite hobbies but you will also see some other projects on here as well. I will be posting tons of craft ideas and videos on this blog. I haven't quite got the hang of this whole blog thing yet so you will probably see a lot of changes to this blog in the coming months as I figure out how to custom design and post links and videos to my blog.
