Shabby Chic Birthday Card

Here is another birthday card that I created. I used a close to my heart stamp set for the image and coloured it in with my watercolour pencil crayons. This card measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. The flowers I used on the card are all from Wild Orchid Crafts. I really like how it turned out and had a ton of fun making it!

Greeting Farms Birthday Card

Here is the latest card that I made. I really like how it turned out. I used a greeting farms stamp for the main image and then coloured it with my Shinhan Touch Twin Markers. The markers that I have are comparable to spectrum noir markers because they have a bullet tip and a chisel tip. They blend really nicely and I love how they work. You can also buy the Shinhan brand of markers with a brush tip like the copics have. They just cost more. Hope everyone is having a great day!

More Valentines Cards

Here are some Valentines cards that I have made. I have shown them all on my YouTube channel but I thought I would share the pictures on here as well. I found these images on Pinterest and just printed them off on CC Designs Copic Quality card stalk so that I could colour them.

Family Scrapbook Layouts

Here are a couple layouts that I just finished. I used the Enchanted power pallet from creative memories for the paper and most of my embellishments. I really like how they turned. These pictures are from this past Christmas. My sisters and I got them done for my mom for a Christmas present. She loved them. I love them too which is why I'm working on scrapbooking all of the pictures we got. I have them hanging on my pictures wall in creative memories frames. I love these frames because they are just magnet boards so I can switch out the layouts whenever I feel like it.

Altered Apple (teacher gift idea)

I got this apple in a Michael's grab bag haul. iI was brown and made of papier-mâché and quite ugly. I decided that I wanted to do something with it to make it beautiful. The first thing that came to my mind was teaching. Were always giving teachers apples or things with pictures of apples on them so I decided that I wanted to take this apple and alter it by making it shabby chic and then give it to teacher for a gift. I really love how it turned out and I'm sure the teacher I'm going to give this to is going to love it! I took pictures of it from multiple sides so that you can see the full effect of what this apple looks like. I hope you like it!

Sweet Nothings Design Team Call

Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you all know that Sweet Nothings Stamp Co. is having a design team call. I wanted to share my entry with all of you. I made a card using the story time Sophie and Lucky digi image. It's a valentines day card and I think it turned out so cute. It measures 4 1/4x5 1/2. I used an old Martha Stewart Valentines Day paper pack for all the paper layers and I coloured Sophie and Lucky with my Shinhan Touch Twin markers. Hope you like it!

Valentines Day Card

Have you ever used a colour that you don't normally use on a project? Today I did and I love how it turned out! I don't normally like yellow. It's not a colour I tend to use and I don't really own very many crafty things that are yellow. I had placed and order with All That Scraps a couple weeks ago and I just got it in the mail. They were having a huge sale and a bunch of items were on clearance. I mostly got 6x6 paperbacks and stamps. I decided to use a My Minds Eye paper pack called 'The Sweetest Thing' and an Emerald Fair stamp called 'Willy & Mia' for this card. The card measures 6x4 1/4. I took a 12x12 sheet of paper and cut it at 4 1/4 then I scored it at 3 inches and 9 inches to make it a gatefold card. I think it's so cute!

A Couple New Cards

Here are two cards I made for some challenges on YouTube. The challenge for the first card was to make something that included either something that was Asian themed, Hello Kitty Themed, coffee themed, or Twilight themed. So I made a card using the latte Kiki stamp and the Attic Treasures paper pack. The second challenge was to make a card, tag, or treat bag with two stamps that was Valentines Day themed but you could not use any red or pink on it. So I used the Victorian Romance Cricut cartridge for the cameo and a bunch of different scrap papers to make my card. I hope you like them. I think they turned out really cute
